We started in the trenches — running on-call rotations, debugging Kubernetes clusters at 2am, and writing the automation scripts that nobody else wanted to touch. The founding team at Sage & Crew Next comes from deep SRE, software engineering, and AI backgrounds: people who've actually managed the systems that can't go down, hired for the roles that are hardest to fill, and built the workflows that turn chaos into process.
